What should I do if my vinyl arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage to arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I cancel or change my order?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. You may cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placement. After this window, we are unable to make changes as the order has moved to our fulfillment center.
