The 12-track collection features ten Pet Shop Boysâ recent remixes of songs by artists including Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds, Primal Scream, Paul Weller, Tina Turner, Claptone, Wolfgang Tillmans and more, as well as a remix of their own track âDreamlandâ featuring Olly Alexander. The PSB-produced âIâm in Love With a German Film Starâ by Sam Taylor-Johnson was originally released on Kompakt in 2008 while Carroll Thompsonâs âLet the Music Playâ was arranged and produced by PSB in the early â90s when it was included in the soundtrack for the hit film, âThe Crying Gameâ. The album also includes the duo's remix of Sleaford Modsâ cover of Pet Shop Boysâ iconic âWest End girlsâ and the PSB/Soft Cell collaboration âPurple Zoneâ.
